UPS Dept. Supervisor

UPS Dept. Supervisor The incumbent's main responsibility will be to manage and oversee staff who are each handling a different aspect of the operation.

Each operation (desk) must be learned and closely monitored to identify any shortcomings or deviations, and address for acceptable resolution. Will be also responsible for frequent staff performance appraisals and contingencies. 

**Current or Previous experience with Customs and or a Brokerage Firm / Shipping Agency (with knowledge of Import clearance requirements / procedures and Export requirements / procedures)

** Experience with ASYCUDA

** Detail oriented

** Able to work in a fast paced environment

** Excellent Communication skills

** Able to multi-task

** Excellent Team player

** Proficient with Microsoft Suites
