UPS Dept. Supervisor The incumbent's main responsibility will be to manage and oversee staff who are each handling a different aspect of the operation.
-Overall management of Montego Bay branch and its staff. - Staff include: office customer service reps., dispatchers and couriers.
** Currently working with ASYCUDA or did so in last place of employment ** Knowledge of how to convert and edit files (JPEG, PDF, XLS etc) (preferred but not required)
Call Centre/Customer Service Representative Qualifications · 3 CXC subjects minimum (must include English and a numerical subject). · At least 2 years of experience in the related field.

Daily pick up and delivery of boxes and envelopes. All packages handled are processed via a company provided smart phone that alerts the driver of the pick up request and confirm delivery signature. Must be competent in smart phone usage.
- Ride company bike. - Deliver and collect parcels within the Montego Bay city area. - Report to TARA office at the MBJ international airport.
