The Quality Assurance Support Officer has responsibility and accountability for providing continuous support to all departments and is responsible for assisting in monitoring calls and resulting activities to facilitate effective credit management as well as excellent customer service.
The Collections Manager assumes responsibility for the Credit & Risk Units, overseeing the departments, ensuring targets are consistently met in accordance with the company’s best practices and compliance standards.

The position liaises directly with Debtors and Clients, issues demand notices, negotiates on outstanding debts and where necessary, initiates or recommends further recovery action to achieve settlement of debts in the shortest possible timeframe.
