Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Treasury Manager to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk management. You will play a key role in optimizing treasury operations, ensuring financial stability, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support business needs.
• Oversee banking relationships and negotiate terms to optimize banking services and fees.
• Monitor and manage the company’s debt, investments, and interest rate exposures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead treasury-related reporting, including cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, and treasury KPIs.
• Evaluate and implement treasury systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with accounting, tax, and finance teams to support audits, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Assess and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
• Support capital planning, funding strategies, and investment decisions.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on treasury matters.
• Train and mentor junior finance team members in treasury best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA Level 3 or equivalent professional accounting qualification is required.
• Certification in treasury (e.g., CTP) is an asset.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, with a strong track record in cash management and financial risk mitigation.
• Experience in managing banking relationships and treasury operations in a mid-to-large organization.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems and ERP platforms.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
