What We’re Looking For
A natural coach, mentor, and motivator.
3+ years of proven experience in training, learning & development in a call center.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills—you know how to engage a room!
Creative thinker with a passion for learning, people, and performance.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related field (Essential)
