Job Opportunity: Temporary Administrative Assistant (2-Month Assignment)
Location: Port of Spain
Salary: $4,500 per month
Hours of Work: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Our client in the Port of Spain area is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for a two (2) month assignment to support day-to-day office operations and facilitate efficient communication across the office.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for carrying out general administrative and clerical tasks, managing office calendars, updating databases, and supporting staff across departments such as Sales, Service, or Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the reception area and greet visitors professionally.
Arrange customer meetings and schedule appointments.
Answer and transfer phone calls, taking messages as needed.
Maintain the office calendar and confirm appointments.
Prepare memos, correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, and reports.
Keep the office database and filing system organized and up to date
Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
Work with office equipment vendors to maintain printers, coffee units, etc.
Sort and deliver all mail
Required Skills:

Excellent customer service skills
Professional in appearance and conduct
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across departments
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient with office software and equipment
Able to prepare reports and presentations
Requirements:
Minimum 5 O’Levels, 3 A Levels
Business Diploma will be an asset
Valid driver’s license and access to a working vehicle
