ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

JN Money Services (Cayman) Limited is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Teller. The successful candidate will provide superior and quality customer service on a daily basis. The position will also require the incumbent to process efficient and accurate transactions, and to sell JN Money Services (Cayman) Limited’s products and services.

 

Job Category: Clerical

Salary: KYD 35,479.68 per annum

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer referrals for new products and services on a daily basis.
  • Promote and maintain a professional and positive relation with all contacts including both existing and potential customers.
  • Process remittances and bill payments via eMoney/Moneygram.
  • Comply with all department and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure relevant information/documents such as valid identification, occupation, date of birth, proof of address and source of funds are obtained from all senders of transfers over the recommended monetary threshold.
  • Identification should be scanned and saved in the correct file on the server.
  • Liaise with JNMS Operations Support Unit and JN Money Transfer agents and subsidiaries.
  • Assist customers with completing and signing the Letter of Authority for account and third party transfers.

 

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or another relevant field
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience within a financial institution
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the Cayman Islands
  • Knowledge of the Group’s operations and core business systems would be an asset
