The opportunity

As a Technology Transformation Consultant, you will help guide C-Level executive leaders in the strategic direction for technology in their organization. You will be an integral member of engagement teams, where you will participate in problem-solving workshops, conduct research, find solutions, and develop executive-level presentations for our clients. Through these engagements, you will be exposed to various technology domains including technology strategy, IT operating model design, cloud transformation, platform implementations, cyber security, data architecture, and AI. You will support complex initiatives encompassing large scale IT transformations, design, assessments, optimization, and process improvement engagements.

Additionally, opportunities will exist to develop a consultant mindset by learning and applying leading industry models and frameworks to guide our clients through technology-enabled transformations. Through these experiences you will build expertise in leading-edge technologies and concepts like DevOps, Cloud, Robotic Process Automation, and Agentic AI.

At the same time, you will actively contribute to internal initiatives like building thought capital, developing new tools and methodologies, support recruiting, assist with training, and help to enhance the firms’ delivery capabilities. Your key responsibilities

• Help clients drive business-led and technology-enabled transformation across a broad range of business issues
• Understand and document clients’ business processes and requirements for technology implementations
• Help to problem solve by performing root cause analyses, gathering information, and analyzing data sets
• Take full responsibility for tasks including consistent self-review of work to identify and improve an approach for producing high-quality work products
• Grow lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and consistently delivering quality client services
• Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Develop specific technology skills relevant to the engagement and project work
• Continuously update your understanding of current business and industry trends

What we look for

• Between 4-8 years of prior work experience in Consulting, Technology or related industry
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology discipline, i.e. Computer Science, Computer or other technology-related Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Math, MIS
• Pursuing or completing post-graduate studies including MBM, MBA, MSc in a relevant technology discipline would be an asset
• Aptitude, interest, and/or experience in AI and LLMs, Java, JavaScript, .Net, Python, C, C++, PHP, IoT development, web development, analytics focused tools and platforms such as SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, and Spotfire, business process design, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as MS D365, SAP or Oracle, or integration tools
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and developing executive presentations
