Company Description

Aleabra Brands Ltd is a regional distributor of building solutions and a partner for Hisense HVAC, offering domestic and commercial air conditioners. The contracting division PROHVAC provides HVAC design, installation, and maintenance services for various air conditioning systems and ventilation solutions.

The company provides air condition equipment to Government Projects, corporate entities, small & medium size businesses, residential developments, and air condition contractors.

Technical Services Manager

To manage all HVAC project installation jobs, control systems, and after sales service jobs

Duties

• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC equipment issues.
• Installation and Programming of Building Management Systems and other control systems.
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians and subcontractors for installation and service jobs.
• Act as a liaison between customers, technical support teams, and other departments (sales, engineering, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues, and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide expert guidance in complex problem-solving situations.
• Perform equipment repairs such as checking and changing of circuit boards, fuses, circuits. 
• Stay updated on new technologies and tools that can improve team efficiency and service delivery.
• Prepare reports and documentation of all jobs

Required:

• Experience in Electrical, HVAC, mechanical or other related industry.
• Experience in project management
• Willing to work over time when required and on weekends
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
