Oversees all technical documentation across the project lifecycle, ensuring drawings, schedules, QA/QC records, and final dossiers are accurately updated, distributed, and archived to support efficient execution and handover.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑driven Technical Services Leader to oversee the control, coordination, and management of all technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This role is essential to ensuring that drawings, schedules, QA/QC documentation, and final dossiers are accurately maintained, updated, distributed, and archived to support seamless project execution and final handover.
Manage and control the complete drawings database for the project, ensuring accuracy, version control, and proper organization.
Coordinate and follow up on drawing updates and revisions received from all design disciplines, including:
Architectural
Structural
Interior Design (guest rooms and common areas)
MEP services
Landscaping
Beach and external works
Distribute revised and approved drawings to subcontractors and relevant stakeholders using formal digital transmittals.
Register and track all drawing updates, revisions, and delivery dates to ensure full traceability and document control compliance.
Collect, organize, and manage QA/QC documentation from suppliers and subcontractors.
Compile and maintain the Hotel Final Dossier, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly indexed.
Work closely with the Project Scheduler to align technical documentation with the construction schedule.
Support the management and control of a Level 5 project schedule, including coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure timely weekly schedule updates at site level and support monthly reporting to senior management and the board.
Oversee the organization and maintenance of a high‑volume document environment, managing more than 3,000 technical documents including drawings, specifications, QA/QC dossiers, and final handover documentation.
Ensure all documents remain updated, correctly classified, and readily accessible when required.
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in document control or technical office management on large‑scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, QA/QC processes, and project documentation requirements.
Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams and subcontractors
Strong working knowledge of MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required; Revit knowledge is a strong advantage).
