Responsible for managing and coordinating internal communications at a cluster level, ensuring the proper deployment and execution of the corporate communication strategy across assigned countries and hotels.

Internal Communications Coordinator (Cluster) – Royalton Hotels and Resorts

The Cluster Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing internal and external communication strategies across multiple properties within the Royalton Hotels and Resorts cluster. This role ensures consistent messaging, promotes brand engagement, and supports organizational initiatives to enhance guest and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with the company's brand and organizational goals across multiple hotel locations. 
  • Coordinate and produce internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and digital content, to keep staff informed and engaged. 
  • Support external communication efforts, including social media, press releases, and community engagement initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with departmental teams to gather content, ensure messaging accuracy, and promote hotel events, promotions, and key initiatives. 
  • Manage communication channels, including intranet, email platforms, and social media accounts, to maximize reach and engagement. 
  • Assist in organizing and promoting corporate events, training sessions, and employee recognition programs. 
  • Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness through feedback and analytics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials and outlets. 
  • Support crisis communication efforts as needed to uphold the company's reputation.

 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
  •  Certifications or additional training in Internal Communication, Corporate Communication, Employee Experience, or Engagement are considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or hospitality marketing. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities. 
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-property environment. 
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
