Your Role as a Tech Support – Solution Seeker
  • Provide voice support for customer inquiries and service questions.
  • Assist with troubleshooting basic service or account issues.

  • Onsite availability at our Montego Bay Location – 1 Mangrove Way, Freeport.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Interest in troubleshooting and technology.
  • Confidence in negotiation and solution-oriented conversations.
  • 18+ with valid ID, NIS, and TRN.
