Your Role as a Customer Service - Experience Curator

• Guide customers to the right subscription packages through chat and voice support.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand tastes and preferences.
• Recommend gift packages that turn milestones into unforgettable moments.
• Create positive, personalized experiences that feel less like service and more like sharing a toast with a friend.

What We’re Looking For

• Onsite availability at our Montego Bay Location – 1 Mangrove Way, Freeport.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and multitask.
• 18+ with valid ID, NIS, and TRN.
