The Technician / Logistics Manager at Blinds Designs Limited is responsible for coordinating the daily scheduling and logistics of installation technicians to ensure efficient operations and on-time service delivery.
Technician / Logistics Manager – Blinds Designs Limited
Oversee daily scheduling and logistics of installation technicians.
Plan and execute installation schedules in advance to ensure efficiency.
Optimize routes and workloads to maximize productivity.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure blinds are manufactured on time for scheduled installations.
Confirm all products and materials are ready prior to installation dates.
Identify any errors, shortages, or discrepancies and ensure they are corrected promptly.
Minimize delays and proactively resolve issues to avoid customer inconvenience.
Supervise the conduct, professionalism, and performance of the installation team.
Ensure all installations meet company quality standards.
Follow up on invoicing related to completed installations to ensure accuracy and completion.
Respond to and manage customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Implement practical solutions to rectify issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Technical skills preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead our technician team
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel island wide
