JOB SUMMARY
The Sustainability and Social Investment Coordinator provides operational and coordination support to the Sustainability & Social Investment function, ensuring the effective execution of the Group’s ESG, sustainability, and social investment initiatives. The Coordinator supports reporting, stakeholder engagement, NGO partnerships, and performance tracking while ensuring strong administrative governance and process compliance across the function.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ESG Reporting and Documentation:
- Assist in compiling and formatting ESG reports, presentations, and disclosures.
- Ensure timely submission of required documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain databases and track key metrics related to sustainability and social investment initiatives.
2. Stakeholder Communication and Engagement:
- Support communication efforts by drafting emails, social media posts, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing stakeholder meetings and engagements, including preparing materials and presentations.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to sustainability and social investment programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, community organizations, and other external partners to support social investment initiatives.
3. General Office Management:
- Monitor and order office supplies for the department.
- Process payments for the department, create purchase orders, track expenses and perform other administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures for administrative matters
4. Administrative Support:
- Manage the department calendar, schedule meetings, book meeting rooms and assist in the coordination of events.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
- Maintain organized records and files related to sustainability and social investment activities.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries related to the department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in administrative roles, with exposure to sustainability, ESG, Corporate Social Responsibility or other social investment initiatives.
- Experience working with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) community partners or philanthropic initiatives is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Social media experience would be an asset
