Store Manager (Guyana)

Unicomer Group is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor store-level sales plans aligned with regional goals to maximise profitability.
• Drive sales of products, services, and credit through goal-setting and performance management of store teams.
• Control expenses and ensure budget compliance through tactical planning and reporting.
• Manage stock levels and cyclical inventory to prevent loss and ensure alignment with range plans.
• Maintain high standards in retail presentation, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Resolve escalated customer queries to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the effective operation of the store.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Business Management Studies or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ managerial experience.
