A leading sales and distribution company is seeking a Stock Monitor to join its warehouse team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely stocking of products, supporting the smooth flow of operations across the warehouse and distribution functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and stock assigned products, ensuring the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method is applied.

• Record and maintain room temperatures for freezer, cold storage, and wine room to ensure compliance with required standards.

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks to support efficient delivery operations.

• Support the Cold Storage Clerk in handling cold storage goods.

• Conduct monthly stock monitoring to identify goods nearing expiry or those damaged/infested, reporting to Brand Managers as required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Distribution leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Post-secondary education.

• 1–2 years’ warehouse experience, preferably in a distribution environment.

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive working relationships.

• Proven experience in safely loading and unloading trucks.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a hot environment with repetitive movements.

• Physically able to lift at least 25kg.
