POSITION OVERVIEW
The Staffing Coordinator manages the scheduling, deployment, and ongoing support of staff placed at client sites. This role requires strong organisational skills, a client-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments in a fast-moving, remote environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and manage staff schedules, shift assignments, and coverage across all active client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for placed staff regarding schedule changes, time-off requests, and assignment updates.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to confirm staffing needs, address concerns, and confirm shift coverage.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in ATS, CRM, or scheduling platforms.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation, compliance tracking, and credential verification for new staff.
  • Monitor attendance and escalate any no-show or coverage issues promptly to management.
  • Generate regular staffing status reports for management and client accounts.
  • Support administrative tasks including data entry, email correspondence, and file management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, or operations support.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and client-friendly at all times.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities across multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling or CRM systems.
