Software Implementation Lead

A growing business consulting company is seeking a customer-focused Software Implementation Lead to oversee the successful implementation of a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for clients locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation projects from onboarding through successful client adoption.
• Work closely with clients to ensure they understand and utilize the software's core features and capabilities.
• Conduct client training sessions and presentations for users, managers, and executives.
• Build strong client relationships and effectively manage expectations throughout the implementation process.
• Address client concerns professionally and resolve issues to maintain positive working relationships.
• Monitor implementation timelines and ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Supervise and support implementation team members, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Make objective and informed decisions regarding team performance and development.
• Configure and maintain SaaS platform settings to meet client requirements.
• Stay current with system enhancements, updates, and new functionality.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and business engagements.
• Travel locally and internationally when required to support client implementations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, project coordination, business operations, technology support, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms or other business software solutions would be an asset.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would be advantageous.
