The ideal candidate will have strong marketing experience, excellent graphic design skills, and advanced proficiency with AI tools for content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization. Videography skills are desirable, and candidates should have some prior experience. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, analyzing social media performance, and driving growth across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design engaging graphics and visual content aligned with brand identity; videography skills are desirable.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Conduct research on audience trends, competitors, and industry insights to inform marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to align campaigns with overall business goals.
- Manage social media calendars, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Utilize AI tools with strong proficiency for content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in AI tools for social media marketing and content optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time, flexible environment.
- Videography and video editing skills are desirable, with some prior experience preferred.
