Scope of Services
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with CSHRP’s strategic priorities and Caribbean HR events
- Create original posts, graphics, and copy featuring HR best practices, member spotlights, and Caribbean workplace insights
- Source and curate relevant Caribbean and international HR content
- Develop content themes around professional development, regional networking, and HR innovation
Platform Management:
- Daily monitoring and management of CSHRP social media accounts across Caribbean time zones
- Schedule and publish content optimized for Caribbean professional audiences
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions from HR professionals throughout the region
- Cross-promote CSHRP webinars, conferences, and professional development events
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics including member engagement and regional reach
- Provide monthly performance reports with insights on Caribbean market penetration
- Monitor CSHRP brand mentions and Caribbean HR community sentiment
- Analyze content performance for professional development topics and member activities
Community Engagement:
- Foster growth of Caribbean HR professional community through strategic engagement
- Identify and engage with Caribbean HR leaders, associations, and industry influencers
- Participate in regional HR conversations and Caribbean business trending topics
- Support CSHRP’s mission to connect HR professionals across 16+ Caribbean countries
Deliverables
- Monthly content calendar featuring Caribbean HR events and professional development themes
- 15-20 posts per week across platforms (3 posts daily focusing on HR insights, member highlights, and regional content)
- Monthly analytics report with Caribbean market insights and member engagement metrics
- Weekly status updates on regional engagement and professional community growth
