Support the efficient operation of our gaming floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for resetting slot machines after payoffs, performing repairs and adjustments, recommending machine removal for advanced repairs.
Reset slot machines following payoffs and ensure accurate operation.
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on slot machines at the modular level.
Prepare and option games, including software and parts compatibility checks, installations, theme conversions, and functional testing.
Perform approved engineering upgrades and coordinate hardware and software installations.
Maintain detailed knowledge of multiple vendor product lines.
Diagnose and resolve complex software, hardware, and procedural issues.
Verify jackpots and assist in resolving guest gaming issues in a professional manner.
Submit Action Requests for product deficiencies and keep management informed of issues and trends.
Ensure compliance with all Slot Department, company, and jurisdictional regulations.
Identify and report hazards while enforcing all safety rules and procedures.
Maintain required tools and equipment necessary for the role.
One (1) to two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of network technologies, including Ethernet.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands.
Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Ability to frequently lift over 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and focus adjustment.
