Call Center Associates - Customer Service/Soft Collections

TIME: 10AM TO 2PM  (Mondays - Fridays)

 POSITIONS: CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES for CUSTOMER SERVICE and  SOFT COLLECTIONS!

 LOCATION: Radius Global Solutions, 12M to 18M Tony Hart Blvd, Freeport Montego Bay

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming/outbound calls regarding billing issues, bill collections, service questions and general customer concerns for multiple projects.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers; SERVICE WITH A SMILE.
• Must have excellent attendance and adhere to company policies. 

Skills and Requirements:

• 3 CXC/GCE O' Levels subjects/City & Guilds/ or its equivalent
• Great command of the English Language and clear speaking voice.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient at working on a computer.
• Willing to accept coaching and developmental feedback
• Position is contingent upon employment background check and drug test
• Must be flexible to work weekends and public holidays. 
• Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny
• Candidates must be 18 years or older.
