Profile:We are seeking a dedicated Service Station Manager to join our team, with this role the selected individual will be key to ensuring our locations operate efficiently while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. The successful candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel appreciated and cared for. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily site operations, maintaining safety standards, managing staff, and ensuring our products are well-stocked and attractively displayed. As a team-oriented environment strong collaboration and communication skills are essential. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily operations of retail site including fuel dispensing, convenience store sales, and customer service.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a high level of service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as needed to prevent stock shortages and ensuring optimal product availability.
  • Manage cash handling, banking, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular site inspections maintaining cleanliness and adherence to merchandising standards.
Requirements: 
  • Bsc in Business Management or equivalent degree preferred
  • Proven experience in retail management or operations, ideally within Petroleum Marketing Industry is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of financial principles, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in inventory management and reporting.
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
