Summary: 

This role is responsible for operations analysis across the Company, with an emphasis on supporting warehouse and production functions. The Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams to support operational planning, execution, and continuous improvement. This includes evaluating process performance, identifying efficiencies, and presenting key findings to stakeholders. Acting as a bridge between departments, the role ensures forecasting, demand planning, and operational activities are aligned with accurate data and insights. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with Warehouse and Production teams to analyze operational workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Support Sales, Marketing, and Procurement teams by providing accurate data insights to inform demand planning, forecasting, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics across departments.
• Evaluate process performance regularly and present findings with actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
•  Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational activities and business objectives.
• Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting operational challenges by leveraging data analysis and collaboration.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in operational systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in projects aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.

• Ensure the maintenance of the good name and reputation of Caribbean Producers Jamaica Ltd. in general through the demonstration and practice of the highest standards of ethical conduct.
• Abide by the disciplinary code of the Company.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

1. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data management systems.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and presenting findings to cross-functional teams.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams including warehouse, production, sales, marketing, and procurement.
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with operational processes and supply chain concepts to contextualize data analysis.

• Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2- 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Understanding of impact of forecasting and related decisions.
