Job Advertisement: Retail Agent & Retail Supervisor (Male Only)
We are currently seeking motivated and responsible male candidates to join our retail team in the following roles:
1. Retail Agent (Male Only)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
Manage product displays and stock levels
Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Previous retail experience is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
2. Retail Supervisor (Male Only)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and retail staff
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
Train and motivate retail agents
Handle inventory and stock control
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficient in sales reporting and basic computer use
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
