Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, improving operations, and leading teams to deliver high-quality work? We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our dynamic team at HUGGINS Automotive.

Join Our Team: Service Manager (Automotive Division)

Lead | Improve | Deliver Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all Service Centre operations, including workshop activities and service administration
  • Supervise, coach, and develop your team to improve performance and accountability
  • Monitor operational and financial performance against budgets, targets, and KPIs
  • Apply your technical expertise to guide diagnostics, repairs, and quality control standards
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a consistently high level of service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, warranty requirements, and company procedures

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field
  • Certification in Automotive Mechanics
  • At least ten (10) years’ experience in the automotive field
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience leading teams in a service or technical environment
  • A practical leader who takes ownership and follows through
  • Analytical, with the ability to assess problems and implement effective solutions
  • Team-focused, with the ability to develop people and drive accountability
  • Organized and results-oriented, with a focus on efficiency and quality
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both customers and team members
