Service Counter Cashier Supervisor

The Service Counter Cashier Supervisor is responsible for providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service through effective communication with customers while cashing and providing administrative support to management. We welcome both male and female applicants.

The Service Counter Cashier Supervisor is responsible for providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service through effective communication with customers while cashing and providing supervisory support to management. 

 Key Responsibilities

• Collecting and verifying payments received from customers.
• Accurately entering and processing customer transactions.
• Making certain that accurate change is disbursed to cash customers.
• Collecting and verifying payments received from branches.
• Reconciling payments against invoices including those received from branches.
• Answering customer calls and providing pricing information.
• Performing quality control review of customer items.
• Maintain contact lists of delivery customers.
• Scheduling customer pick-up and deliveries to various locations.
• Maintaining checkout operations by following policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and logical filing system of daily transactions.
• Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions.
• Preparing and providing daily reports of Sales and transaction history to management.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintaining an electronic and hardcopy filing system.
• Performing quality checks of customer garments 
• Utliizing downtime to engage in crosstraining.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Qualification

• Must be computer literate 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• 5 CXC/O'level/CSEC passes including passes in English and Mathematics
• Must enjoy working with a team 

Salary: TT$4,500 per month. Six (6) days per week.
