Sales Representative (Industrial Lubricants)

Summary: Our client seeks a motivated Sales Representative to join the Automotive Lubricants Division. The role involves building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting a range of lubricant products.

Location-Southern area

Sector-Automotive 

Base Salary Range- $5,000.00 - $6,000.00

Commission- 2.5% of Sales in Excess of $100,00. 00 (payable upon collections).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships. 
• Identify customer needs and recommend products to meet those needs.
• Service  existing accounts, update orders, and establish new accounts. 
• Plan and organise  daily work schedules to call on existing and potential outlets and other trade factors.
• Tailor sales presentations based on customer type. 
• Submit orders, ensure product deliverables are made within promised timelines. 
• Collect payments and report delinquent accounts to the financial department for recovery. 
• Submit regular reports on sales activities and territory performance.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information, pricing, delivery schedules, and new products.
• Recommend product or service improvements based on market feedback.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Stau updated on industry trends through training and networking. 
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet sales goals. 
• Participate in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.
