Senior Watersports Instructor

Join Necker Island as a Senior Water Sports Instructor! Lead daily operations, engage high-profile guests, and deliver unforgettable water sports experiences. Support the Head Instructor with activities, equipment care, and staff training in a luxury resort setting.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Plan and deliver personalized water sports experiences, including for the Branson family, and assist with seasonal events.
• Oversee daily setup, pack-down, and ensure activities meet safety and quality standards.
•  Conduct kit counts, maintain equipment, and perform timely safety checks.
•  Mentor and train staff, fostering skill development.
•  Act as Head Instructor when needed, ensuring seamless operations and collaborating with other departments.

• A proactive approach to safety, with experience in equipment maintenance and safety protocols.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

• 2+ years managing water sports/activities.
• BKSA/IKO Kitesurfing L2, RYA Sailing, Powerboat L2, 
• Medical Response, First Aid, certifications.
• Experience in quality resorts/properties.
• Bar/restaurant and overseas/Caribbean experience preferred.

Additional Skills:

• Marine mechanics, RYA Windsurfing, PADI Divemaster, Tennis, Yoga, Pilates, or personal training experience.
