The Senior Quality Analyst evaluates customer interactions, mentors QA team members, delivers performance insights, supports coaches, leads calibrations, and uses analytics and AI tools to drive quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
PURPOSE:
The Senior Quality Analyst will assist with organization and management of the quality assurance team, assist in reporting and data analytics, and evaluate contacts in accordance with contact evaluation processes; ensuring that associates are performing to established measures and providing our customers with the most positive and professional experience possible. The Senior Quality Analyst will work closely with all team members to ensure HGS is providing the highest degree of customer service excellence from our front-line Associates.
