We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Operations & Facilities Manager to oversee multi-departmental operations, facilities management, sales coordination, and security, ensuring our business runs smoothly, safely, and profitably—while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations & Facilities Manager to lead strategic and day-to-day operations across our automotive division. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring facility compliance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and safeguarding company assets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in automotive operations, facilities management, and team coordination.


Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across sales, service, parts, and support departments.
  • Develop and implement systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Manage resource allocation including personnel, equipment, vehicles, and tools.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Facilities Management

  • Ensure all facilities meet environmental, safety, and industry standards.
  • Supervise vendor contracts for maintenance, utilities, and facility services.
  • Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and upgrade projects (electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
  • Manage inventory and disposal of surplus property.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and government regulations.

Sales Strategy & Support

  • Drive sales performance through quota setting, market analysis, and team development.
  • Oversee showroom standards, vehicle inventory, and customer service protocols.
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Support B2C and B2B engagement through trade events and loyalty initiatives.
  • Analyze sales trends to guide inventory and marketing decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and represent the company at industry events.

Loss Prevention & Risk Management

  • Develop and enforce asset protection procedures.
  • Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and policy violations.
  • Analyze loss prevention reports and implement corrective actions.
  • Train staff on risk mitigation and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and external investigators as needed.

Security Oversight

  • Manage physical security operations including surveillance and access control.
  • Supervise the security team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify risks and ensure safety.
  • Maintain incident reporting and communication protocols.

Automotive Service Support

  • Review service KPIs and work orders to ensure quality and profitability.
  • Ensure alignment with manufacturer guidelines and warranty compliance.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers on workload distribution and technician performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operations and facilities management.
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-site teams and delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive sales and service operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in operations, facilities, and sales management software.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Familiarity with occupational health, environmental, and safety standards in the automotive industry.
