Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in the food service industry. This role is key in supporting our retail outlets by managing core HR functions and ensuring smooth collaboration with employment agencies. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a solid understanding of HR best practices and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, customer-facing business environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and oversee general HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR support to retail outlet managers and staff, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate staffing needs by liaising with external employment agencies to ensure timely and efficient hiring of frontline crew and other retail roles.
  • Manage HR documentation such as contracts, personnel files, and leave records in compliance with labour laws and company standards.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, orientation programs, and internal HR initiatives.
  • Support HR audits, prepare reports, and maintain HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions where necessary
  • Monitor and support employee engagement and retention efforts across outlets.
  • Coordinate the purchase and issuing of staff uniforms.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Solid understanding of local labour laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and agency coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
