Senior Facilities Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of our sites islandwide.

This role is essential to ensuring safety and maintenance of our sites while providing the best possible experience for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the facilities management function across multiple sites.

• Manage repairs, maintenance, janitorial services, and equipment servicing.

• Coordinate with managers and vendors to resolve facility issues quickly and efficiently.

• Develop preventative maintenance schedules and oversee capital improvement projects.

• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure value-for-money from contractors.

• Ensure compliance with local safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Respond to emergency repairs and facility-related disruptions with urgency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• At least 7 years in facilities management, with 3+ years in a senior or multi-site role, preferably in retail.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to travel islandwide to company locations as required.
