Position: Warehouse Manager

Location: Kingston/St Andrew

Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Objective: The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day warehousing and distribution operations at our primary facility. This includes managing inbound and outbound freight, supervising staƯ, ensuring accurate inventory control, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

 Ensure eƯicient receiving, storage, dispatch, and quality assurance of goods.

 Supervise assembly and delivery teams; ensure vehicle loading and dispatch are safe and timely.

 Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and storage area.

 Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics and staƯ productivity.

 Coordinate timely dispatch of deliveries, ensuring all vehicles leave by designated times

 Ensure accurate inventory records, reconcile physical counts with inventory reports.

 Prepare returns documentation and reconcile items used for billing.

 Enforce company code of conduct and report discrepancies or inventory variations.

 Oversee and manage warehouse and logistics team over 3 sites.

 Mobility necessary; active Driver’s license and vehicle a benefit.

Qualifications:

 Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration OR Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role.

 Proven experience managing teams and coordinating warehouse operations. Skills & Competencies:

 Strong leadership and organizational skills.

 Proficiency in MS OƯice and warehouse management systems.

 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

 Ability to analyse data and make sound operational decisions.

 Hands-on and committed to meeting operational deadlines
