SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

(6-month contract)

Location: Couva

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Administrative Professional certification (asset)
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a senior administrative support role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong report preparation and document management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience with financial reporting or expense reconciliation systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Operates with a high level of initiative, responsiveness, and follow-through to ensure timely delivery of objectives

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, visitors, and logistics
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and correspondence
  • Compile and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports
  • Support budgeting, expense reconciliation, and forecasting activities
  • Track action items and ensure follow-up on assigned deliverables
  • Maintain leadership calendars and scheduling priorities
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications
  • Assist with performance reporting and KPI tracking
  • Support site initiatives, planning activities, and special projects
  • Coordinate team events, visits, and leadership engagements
  • Maintain vacation schedules and administrative tracking systems
  • Support emergency response drills and organizational initiatives
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and government stakeholders
