Royalton Grenada is seeking a Security Manager whose responsibility would be to Oversee security operations, manage staff, enforce safety protocols, monitor systems, conduct risk assessments, and respond to incidents to protect personnel, assets, and property.

Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with the objectives of the Integral security department, in accordance with the established annual strategic plan, through the implementation of innovative strategies in the processes of the area to mitigate risks in the operation of our organization.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as Security Manager.
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Criminology, Administration, Law or related
Knowledge:
- Civil Protection and Current Security Regulations
- Knowledge in STPS & First Aid
- AAA and CRISTAL Standards
- Mastery of Research Techniques (interviews, writing reports and closing reports by code 400, body language and non-verbal and having training to conduct recruitment interviews aimed at identifying possible risk areas.
