Executive Housekeeper
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping department at Royalton CHIC Antigua, Autograph Collection. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction, while managing a multicultural team in a luxury resort environment.
Lead, train, and manage the Housekeeping team to ensure consistent luxury standards.
Develop and monitor cleaning procedures for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Manage department budget, inventory, and cost control.
Oversee laundry operations and linen management.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Engineering, F&B) to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in luxury hotels or resorts.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage large teams and multicultural staff.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, hygiene protocols, and sustainability best practices.
Proficiency in English
