A leading operational services company is seeking a highly skilled Security & Compliance Leader to oversee all aspects of corporate security, regulatory adherence, and compliance activities across its Kingston and Montego Bay locations.

Role Overview
This role is ideal for a dynamic, solutions-driven professional with strong leadership capability, exceptional judgment, and extensive experience implementing security programs, managing access control, and ensuring organizational compliance with internal and external standards.The Security & Compliance Leader will be responsible for ensuring the safety, integrity, and compliance of operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide security policies, protocols, and SOPs.

  • Ensuring all security processes align with local regulations, industry standards, and internal operating manuals.

  • Overseeing incident response protocols, including reporting, investigation, and corrective action implementation.

  • Leading investigations into security breaches, misconduct, safety concerns, and operational irregularities.

  • Monitoring compliance with regulatory bodies, client requirements, company certifications, and internal audit standards.

  • Preparing for audits and inspections by ensuring timely documentation, follow-up actions, and consistent operational readiness.

  • Collaborating with internal departments to promote a security-conscious culture.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in security leadership, compliance oversight, or regulatory operations.

  • Strong understanding of investigative procedures, audit requirements, and security best practices.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

  • High levels of integrity, discretion, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions under pressure.
