Sales and Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead presentations and promotional activities to drive organic and new media initiatives.
  • Identify market opportunities, negotiate agreements, and close sales to expand portfolio.
  • Effectively and efficiently execute initiatives conceptualized and driven by the Sales and Marketing Unit.
  • Assess market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Proactively meet with customers to assess their advertising needs, providing tailored products and service recommendations.
  • Drive the development and execution of sales and marketing plans, including business development initiatives, to meet targets.
  • Oversee the performance of the sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and remedial actions to ensure improved and continuous high performance.
  • Review customer and prospect profiles during interactions, updating records and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies in all sales activities.
  • Convene and conduct regular sales and marketing meetings and huddles to communicate performance updates, new developments, and directives.
  • Create and monitor customer satisfaction survey results and implement action plans to address concerns and improve service levels.
  • Manage high-value client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and maximize revenue potential.
  • Utilize CRM system for lead generation, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Support strategic planning and ensure alignment with the overall objectives of the company.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5+ years of supervisory experience in sales and marketing.

OR

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of supervisory experience in sales and marketing.
  • Certified training in Sales & Marketing Management, Customer Service, and Relationship Management.
