Chief Commercial Officer

The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for leading the company’s local and international sales portfolios.

JOB SCOPE.           

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Commercial Officer (a member of the Executive Management team) is responsible for leading the company’s local and international sales portfolios. 

 GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Leads the development, implementation and monitoring of key planning tools, such as a comprehensive and cohesive commercial plan, sales budgets, and operating policies.
•  Conducts industry-specific market research and analysis and monitor trends to improve the company’s competitive advantage.  
•  Develops and implements effective systems and strategies to support the management of the commercial portfolio.
•  Provides sound leadership to the commercial team and optimize their skillsets and motivation, while achieving the established key performance targets.  
•  Establishes and maintains business relationships with key stakeholders, particularly our customers.

 CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:

• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very knowledgeable and experienced in Marketing and Sales and their application thereof.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in a middle or senior management position.
