We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team! This role is responsible for delivering high-impact training programs to both our owned and operated as well as our partner (BPO) call centers. The ideal candidate will ensure agents are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge required for peak performance, driving sales revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Facilitate and master our call center training programs, including those for BPO partners.
    • Collaborate with department leaders to identify agent development needs and support knowledge transition from training to live operations.
    • Conduct coaching sessions, providing feedback and guidance to enhance agent performance.
    • Drive sales revenue by delivering new hire and ongoing education training.
    • Adapt training content to meet evolving business objectives and performance goals.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales operations and best practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Sales Trainer within a sales training or BPO organization.
    • Associate degree in education, business, or a related field. (preferred).
    • Sales certification or training accreditation is a plus.
    • Proven knowledge and experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
