This role combines sales management, operations oversight, and customer service, with a strong focus on ensuring safe and reliable delivery of LPG products
Sales & Customer Service: Maintain existing business while developing new opportunities across all LPG categories. Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints quickly.
Dispatch & Logistics: Build and manage delivery manifests, assign drivers and routes, track deliveries, and ensure urgent orders are prioritized.
Team Leadership: Supervise drivers, contractors, and sales staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Route & Order Management: Monitor route sheets, track daily sales performance, follow up on cancellations, and ensure accurate reporting.
Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers about deliveries, delays, and resolutions; conduct site visits to build strong relationships.
Operational Oversight: Verify stock levels, monitor truck usage via GPS, manage fuel reconciliation, and ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly sales, variance, and performance reports for management.
Health, Safety & Environment: Enforce safety standards, ensure compliance with HSE guidelines, and promote a clean, safe working environment.
