We’re seeking a results-driven professional to join our team in a hospital sales role where you’ll connect with leading healthcare professionals, surgeons, doctors, nurses, and healthcare decision-makers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 


Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through strategic relationship-building in hospitals and the wider healthcare sector.
  • Proactively engage healthcare professionals via scheduled visits, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and training sessions to doctors, nurses, and medical teams.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops to showcase products and build professional connections.
  • Stay informed on the latest clinical data, industry developments, and competitor activity, and share insights with the team.
  • Collaborate with Principals and Management to plan territory strategies and monitor progress.
  • Represent the company at industry events, technical briefings, and internal meetings with professionalism and expertise.
  • Propose sales strategy adaptations in response to market trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities.
  • Report regularly on progress and SWOT
  • Develop and maintain a CRM to actively follow up and follow through with prospects and sales.
  • Monitor inventory and forecast rolling annual sales budgets analysing variances.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc. in a medical science or related field
  • At least 4 years experience in medical sales
  • Preference will be given to cadidates with experience in OR and/or ER environments
  • Full clean drivers’ permit and own a reliable vehicle
  • Proven track record in sales and attendance
