Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the company’s products/services and ensuring the timely collection of customer payments. This role requires strong sales abilities, excellent communication skills, and a disciplined approach to managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell the company’s products and services to new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Issue quotations, process orders, and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Monitor customer accounts and coordinate with the Accounts Department on payment status.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its values in all client interactions.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in Hardware and Safety
• Prior experience in payment collections or managing customer accounts is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. - Odoo Experience preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required.
