To plan and organize the sales and marketing of New Vehicles of the Division and to provide superior after sales service to our clients.
Responbilities
Drive units’ sales and aggressively promote the company’s commercial brands to maximize market presence and revenue.
Take full ownership of showroom traffic—engage customers, assess their needs, and convert them into loyal customers through effective product matching.
Deliver exceptional customer support and take initiative to resolve post-sale issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure all registration and delivery documentation is completed accurately and guarantee timely unit delivery.
Process all payments within 24 hours without exception and proactively follow up on outstanding receivables.
Upload all required documents to OneDrive in a timely manner, ensuring proper labelling and organization.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders to secure long-term business.
Continuously enhance product and market knowledge to confidently position the company’s offerings over competitors. A-A.
Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement strategies to capitalize on business opportunities in existing and new markets.
Follow up with contractors biweekly without fail to ensure timely completion of unit bodywork and related services.
Lead social media campaigns, respond to all digital leads promptly, and convert online interest into actionable sales opportunities and enter on Eleads.
Take the lead in resolving complex customer issues and escalations, ensuring complete CX satisfaction.
Master product knowledge by thoroughly understanding commercial unit features, evaluating competitive models, and conducting in-depth inspections.
Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous education, training, and engagement with professional resources.
Take charge of guiding customers through the full documentation process for successful sales, registration, and delivery.
Ensure consistent reporting by updating Giscad and Eleads CRM tools biweekly and providing daily updates via tablet.
Take initiative in setting up showroom and promotional displays to enhance customer experience and drive engagement in the Commercial Campaigns.
Take responsibility for any additional tasks required to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional departmental operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
At least 3 years sales experience in sales and/or marketing
Associate Degree or equivalent
Social Media Savvy
Must be computer literate
Highly organized with the ability to plan and manage a sales pipeline
Well presented with high level of professionalism
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident/Assertive
Emotionally intelligent
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
