To professionally represent the Company brands; to provide point of purchase and shelf management services for approved lines of the Company's products and maximize customer interest and sales levels by creatively displaying the products in an appropriate and eye-catching manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Attract customers and develop sufficient interest to convince consumers to utilise products.
2. Distribute promotional materials such as product samples, flyers, brochures.

3. Set up promotional stands or booths to promote products and represent Carasol in stores at trade shows
4. Provide regular feedback on customer interests, and/or complaints on products and service and make suggestions for improvement.
5. Ensures that store shelves are kept stocked with the full range of products
6. Arranges the display of products on the shelves, rotating as necessary to achieve optimum visibility for customers visiting the store
7. Ensures that the correct price is displayed for the identified product
8. Maintains the store's display shelves by ensuring it is clean and dust-free while also neatly stacking the product. Must inform the relevant Sales Representative if there are products that are damaged or close to expiry.
9. Monitor store's inventory levels based on sales and frequency of stock intake
10. Optimizes sales volumes by recommending promotional strategies such as shelf-talkers and product information fliers
11. Accurately fill out daily sales information on sales promoter sheets.
12. Performs other related duties as may be required by the job function.

13. Additional Duties For Makeup Artists:

14. Provides facial enhancement utilising Company products.
15. Gives professional and technical advice to consumers on the best make up selection based on skin type.
16. Responsible for transporting products and setting up makeup station.
17. Must project a professional image requiring mandatory wearing of make-up and company uniform.
18. Maintains a clean and tidy work station free from clutter, upkeeping with deodorizer and sanitizer.
19. Keeps all make-up utensils, accessories and supplies in impeccable, condition
