Sales Promoter

This role is designed to support and create a loyal client base through exceptional service and support for our distribution clients.

Objective:

This role is designed to support and create a loyal client base through exceptional service and support for our distribution clients. Additionally, it aims to achieve a trusted advisor status through customer relationship management and support for the execution of commercial strategies.

Main Responsibilities include:

1. Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing per defined variables.
2. Efficient administration of the Accounts Receivables portfolio.
3. Deployment and execution of Value Propositions as per defined targets.
4. Promotion and Sales of the Company’s multiproduct portfolio to existing and new customer.
5. Establish, develop and maintain excellent business and customer relationships.
6. Participate in promotional events and activities to boost brand awareness.
7. Respond to customers queries and address their concerns effectively.
8. Prioritize customers’ needs.
9. Supports market analytics and intelligence.
   1. Content creation to support the company’s communications and social media platforms.

Required Education / Expertise / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer Literacy
• Numerical ability
• Data analysis
• Must own a vehicle
• Experience in Commercial/Marketing will be an asset.

Required Experience:

• At least 3-4 years’ experience in construction/manufacturing industry and/or business-to-business (B2B).
