Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

 

 

Primary objective of the job: 

 

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the Digicel Business (B2B) sales operations function, ensuring performance discipline, pricing integrity, and execution alignment across the sales lifecycle. This role oversees a lean but strategic team responsible for performance reporting, pipeline governance, sales process coordination, and pricing for both Mobile and ICT core services. The manager serves as the central link between Sales, Finance, Product, and Service Delivery—enabling timely, accurate, and profitable growth outcomes.

 

           

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking to ensure disciplined sales execution.
  • Own pricing governance and offer structure for Mobile and ICT core products, ensuring commercial viability.
  • Manage and develop direct reports, providing leadership and direction across performance, operations, and pricing.
  • Validate business cases, offers, and investments to ensure profitability, scalability, and adherence to internal policy.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Finance, Product, and Delivery to remove execution friction and enable smooth fulfillment.
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives with operational planning and performance insights.

 

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years in sales operations, business performance, or pricing leadership—ideally in telecom, ICT, or enterprise B2B.

 

 

Functional Skills:

 

  • Strong command of CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales forecasting tools
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities; familiarity with BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong financial acumen and pricing analysis capability
  • Ability to lead and coordinate execution across functions
