Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a results -driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts for our private security company. This role requires a strong understanding of the security industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

 Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote security products/services (digital, print, events, etc.).

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security sector (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, guarding services, etc.).

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners.

 Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

 Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.

 Manage the company’s brand identity, online presence (website, social media, SEO), and marketing collateral.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

 Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the security industry.

 Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. DUAL PROTECTIVE SECURITY SERVICES LTD.  Strong knowledge of security products (surveillance, access control, alarms,).

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Leadership experience with the ability to manage a sales team.

 Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
